Agita bien el frasco antes de aplicarlo. Se activa solo con luz solar natural o luz negra UV.

The shimmer is really something else under blacklight, this blue shifts to a greenish glow that's totally unique. I did three coats like it says and the color depth is amazing.

Took it to a friend’s party with a UV light and the greenish-blue glow stayed visible for hours, even over just two coats. The shimmer shifts so nicely in sunlight too, but you definitely need a base coat or it’ll stain your nails a bit.
