Milky periwinkle-lavender base that leans slightly blue in the shade and softens towards lilac in direct light. Freckled throughout the semi-sheer base are tiny neon-matte cherry glitters. Interesting, diseased, cute.

We suggest using a base coat and 2-3 coats of polish followed by a top coat. 10-free. Vegan. Cruelty-free. Nontoxic.
