$6.21 $9 In stock

Citrine from Franklin, North Carolina.

This pigment is part of the Dust To Dust collection.

We break down this pigment by hand with a mortar and pestle. This polish is sheer but builds up beautifully. It will have texture as well as larger pieces of pigment present in the polish finish. Each batch will have slight color variations as we use different parts of the source material. This polish contains a small amount of earth mica to enhance the natural color.

Naturally, larger particles will stick to the bottom and sides of the bottle and not suspend in the polish base.

This polish comes with a removable handmade decorative bronze cap atop our standard black matte nail polish cap - merging artistry with function. To forego bronze caps on your order click here.

Sebastian ★★★★★

The hand-crushed texture is so much finer than commercial pigments, and it layers into a soft, warm glow on the skin. I’ve been using it as a subtle highlighter and the buildable coverage is exactly what I wanted.

Penelope T. ★★★★★

I was surprised how sheer this citrine polish is on the first layer, but after three thin coats it really glows with that warm golden hue. The hand-ground texture from the mortar and pestle gives it a unique, slightly gritty feel that I actually love for the rustic look I was going for. Perfect for

I've been playing with this pigment for a few days now, and the way it builds up from a sheer wash to a deeper glow is really satisfying. The hand-ground texture gives it a unique, almost powdery feel that I haven't seen in other polishes.
