CHLORINE (matte)

This shade is exactly the muted seagrass green I've been hunting for. It applies smoothly and the jelly finish gives a really elegant, understated look after three thin coats.

Three coats got me the exact seagrass green I wanted, and the matte velvet finish makes it look way more expensive than it was. The cool undertone reads almost grey in dim light and greener in the sun, which I love. It does show the nail line underneath, so if that bugs you, go thicker.
