I kept thinking the color would settle differently after a few days, but that natural pigment shift the description mentioned just makes each coat feel unique. The hand-milled ochre gives it a texture I didn't expect from a polish, and two coats were enough for full opacity. Really glad I went with

That red is so earthy and cool-toned, the kind that makes your skin look ghostly in the best way. I was a little worried about the pigment shifting in the bottle, but after three coats it settled into this gorgeous, muted brick that's unlike anything else I own.
