I was worried about chipping with glitter, but the dense texture stayed put after two washes. The mix of white and off-white flakes really makes the polar blue pop.

The matte neon blue and polar blue glitters mix together with the white and off-white for a dense, textured finish that catches light at every angle. I used a base coat like the description suggests, and the top coat locked everything in place without dulling the sparkle.

I was pleasantly surprised by how the combination of polar blue and white glitters creates a really dimensional effect on the nails. Applied nicely over a base coat and the texture finish gives it a cool, almost sandy look.
