CELESTINE：South Bass Island, OH（Dust to Dust）（批發）

The mortar and pestle processing gives this pigment such a unique texture, and it builds to a gorgeous depth on the nail after just a couple coats. I love that it’s sheer enough to let light through but still has real color payoff. Perfect for a subtle, dimensional mani.

I was worried a sheer polish would look streaky, but this one builds up to a gorgeous, even finish after three coats. The hand-ground pigment gives it a subtle, earthy shimmer you don't really see in mass-produced polishes.

I've been layering this over a pale base and two coats give the prettiest soft, dusty glow. You can tell it was ground by hand because the texture settles so smoothly with no gritty bits.
