I was a little worried "neon pastel blue" would be a contradiction, but it's somehow exactly that—bright without being harsh. The brush on the removable handle made it really easy to control for my non-dominant hand. Definitely saving this one for summer toes.

The neon pastel blue is exactly as described—bright but somehow soft on the eyes. I used three thin coats and a top coat, and the finish is so smooth and even. Definitely a new favorite in my polish rotation.

Two coats over a base coat gave me full opaque coverage, which surprised me for a pastel this light. The blue leans soft rather than electric, so it works at the office too. Nice that it's 10-free and vegan, since I've been trying to swap out my older polishes.
