DEAD BEET

Took this shade out for brunch and got three compliments before my mimosa arrived. It really does shift between a bright berry and that moody cabernet depending on the light. The formula glides on smoothly and fades evenly, which is rare for me.

I was a little nervous about how a "wine stain" red would wear, but it's honestly the most flattering lip color I own. The texture is rich and smooth, and I love that it turns berry-maroon in the sun.

The shade really does shift beautifully between a bright berry in sunlight and that deep cabernet in the shade. It’s smooth and not drying at all, and the color genuinely looks flattering even on my fair skin.
