MY NIECE CALLS THIS OCEAN SPARKLE

The irregular sapphire shards catch the light like actual broken sea glass, and the multichrome shifts are wild in direct sun. I’ve worn two coats over black and it’s somehow both delicate and loud at once.

I was a little worried the blue base would be too sheer, but layered over a dark base it gives this incredible depth that makes the pink and gold flakes really pop.

The flakies shift from pink to a bright yellow-green as I tilt my wrist, exactly what I wanted. The metallic blue base catches light like broken glass, and two coats give just enough coverage. My niece already tried to claim this one for herself.
